Learn More about Scott:
-
Scott Yacyshyn grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, before attending UCLA for graphic design. He went on to work at THE ONION NEWS NETWORK, where he would photoshop things like "evil zombie Ronald Reagan," before fully pivoting to comedy and writing. In 2015 Scott co-wrote the horror-comedy short SNATCHERS, which premiered at SXSW. Four years later, the feature-length version premiered at the same festival. Scott has worked with Cartoon Network to develop a cartoon series, and The New York Times to write about bigfoot. With his work, Scott tries to be as mold-breaking as a white, bearded, Silverlake father of two can possibly be.
