Coordinator/Assistant to Adesuwa McCalla at Metamorphic Entertainment
Naeemah is an entertainment professional with extensive experience supporting high-level officials and executives, from the Obama White House to Hollywood.
Currently, she serves as the Literary Coordinator to Literary Manager and Producer, Adesuwa McCalla, at Metamorphic Entertainment. In her role, Naeemah seeks to find groundbreaking and compelling stories with engaging and distinctive voices for television and film, and is passionate about supporting and empowering writers.
When she’s not busy reading scripts or binge-watching the latest and hottest shows, you can find her taking infinite photos of her Terrier puppy, Joy, searching for new music to curate playlists, or napping.
Seth Parker
Assistant to Adam Perry at Creative Artists Agency
Seth Parker is an Assistant in the Motion Picture Literary department at leading entertainment and sports agency Creative Artists Agency (CAA). Based in Los Angeles, Parker began his career at CAA in 2023 in the agency’s mailroom. He went on to spend six months in the Television Scripted department before becoming an assistant to Motion Picture Literary Agent Adam Perry in February 2024.
Maddy Weese
Junior Literary Manager, Bellevue Productions
Maddy Weese is a Junior Literary Manager at Bellevue Productions. Prior to literary representation, she worked as a Creative Executive at Beacon Pictures overseeing development of both film and television. She has worked as an independent producer and has been a writers' assistant and script consultant on many projects. She got her start in the industry working on the original TV series CSI: Las Vegas and also worked as a writer for two of the CSI Video Games. She was raised in Southern California and she attended Loyola Marymount University.
