Brandon Milostan

Brandon Milostan, an attorney in Greenberg Glusker’s Entertainment Group, advises emerging and established actors, writers, directors, producers, musicians, content creators, financiers, and media companies on complex film, television, music, and digital media transactions. His work spans across theatrical motion pictures, television/SVOD, music, creator economy, and AI/emerging tech.
Brandon counsels clients on structuring rights, maximizing monetization, and adapting to evolving distribution models. Known for his practical, business-minded approach, he helps creatives and companies navigate an industry increasingly shaped by changing distribution models and increasingly global audiences. Brandon earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from UCLA, graduating in the top 12 of his law school class.
Graham Fenton
Attorney, Entertainment Group, Greenberg Glusker
Graham Fenton, an attorney in Greenberg Glusker’s Entertainment Group, represents both up-and-coming and established actors, writers, directors, producers, and social media influencers, as well as entertainment production companies. He previously worked in the firm’s Corporate Group, representing entertainment and technology companies in M&A transactions and negotiating celebrity endorsement deals on behalf of prominent consumer products brands.
Graham brings a unique perspective to his practice, having spent years as a professional singer and actor, most notably starring as Frankie Valli in the hit Broadway musical Jersey Boys. Over the course of more than nine years, he performed the starring role in over 1,300 performances as a member of the Las Vegas, Broadway, U.S. National Tour, and Australian casts. This background gives him a deep understanding of the challenges facing talent in today’s entertainment industry. He continues to stay connected to his musical roots as a member of the firm band, The Gee Gees.
Following his acting career, Graham earned his law degree from the UCLA School of Law, where he specialized in media, entertainment, and technology law and policy and studied under several leading figures in entertainment law. He was also honored by the Recording Academy during 2020 GRAMMY Week for his paper, Taming the Ticket Market: How a Closed Ticketing System Can Beat Back Scalpers and Recapture Lost Revenue.

Andrew Lux is an Associate in Greenberg Glusker’s Litigation Group, where his practice focuses on media and intellectual property disputes. He has substantial experience litigating complex entertainment and business disputes, as well as defending internet-based retailers from claims under the California Invasion of Privacy Act.
Prior to joining Greenberg Glusker, Andrew was an associate at a top Am Law firm. Before his legal career, he spent two years at a consulting firm specializing in providing expert witness testimony related to intellectual property infringement damages.
Andrew earned his law degree from the UCLA School of Law, where he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable John A. Kronstadt and as a research assistant to Professor Russell Korobkin.
