To support feature film and television writers in our community as they stand for fair pay and protections in the workplace, recognizing that this action may result in financial hardship for writers and their families, Humanitas has been distributing grocery cards through our Groceries for Writers project.
In June, the project expanded to include a farm bundle pickup for WGA writers in the Los Angeles area. In September, the project held a farm bunlde pickup dedicated to support staffers. Farm bundles are sourced from Earth Matterz.
We’ve completed our farm bundle pick up for the month of September. Check back for updates on our next pick up date.
