Michael Kaczmarek, Director of Programs, The HUMANITAS Prize

Michael Kaczmarek is a California State University, Los Angeles graduate with a BA Degree in Broadcasting, Television and Film. Upon graduation Michael interned at several production companies in Los Angeles before finally landing a job at New Line Cinema where he worked as a development assistant for several years. He then left the studio in 2006 motivated by a desire to pursue work in the non-profit world.

Michael soon after joined The HUMANITAS Prize, where he is currently the Director of Programs. In the fall of 2007 he was also hired on in the Marketing and Business Affairs departments at Paulist Productions. He currently splits his time between the sister organizations.
