From the 405 and 10 FREEWAY intersection:

• Take 10 West for 3.8 miles
• After going through the tunnel you will be on Pacific Coast Highway (PCH)1 heading north.
• Take PCH north for 4.5 miles to the traffic light at Porto Marina. The building will be on your right side.
